It is still some time away, but good to already inform you of it: on 26 January, Nijmegen University is organising a seminar at the Europe House in The Hague. The aim of the seminar, entitled ‘Procedural Dialogue in the European Convention on Human Rights System’, is to discuss the ways in which procedural dialogue can be shaped through specific procedures, the Court’s judgments and domestic courts’ reactions.
