The judges of the European Court have elected a new vice-president, Josep Casadevall, the judge in respect of small Andorra. In addition, a new Section President was elected: Lech Garlicki, the judge in respect of Poland. Casadevall will serve until 31 October 2015 and Garlicki until 31 October 2012.
