Over at Terra Nullius, a specialised blog on housing, land and property (HLP) rights, Rhodri Williams has published a case note on the Demopoulos v. Turkey decision, which was issued earlier this year by the European Court on property of persons in Northern Cyprus (see my earlier post here).
