First off, the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review includes an article by J. Heider entitled ‘Unveiling the truth behind the French burqa ban: the unwarranted restriction of the right to freedom of religion and the European Court of Human Rights’ in vol. 22, no. 1 (2012) pp. 93-130.
In addition, the website of the Italian Society of International Law, on its forum page includes three articles about the ECHR. Two of them relate to the EU’s accession to the European Convention:
